I think the main difference in my experience is that when your abroad is that people are there to have that release and just enjoy the time that they are there, they just live for the moment because they are meeting new people and having new experiences that they may never have again. i always feel like when you’re at home you never let yourself enjoy the full experience through fear of judgement in today’s society people want what’s cool or what’s trending on the internet rather than going and enjoying the music and the moments there having with friends, they want to record it all instead of feel.
